J Bell - Nice little establishment, very pleasing to be in, the staff were lovely, and I ate the greatest steak I have had in my life. Hands down. It made me incredibly sad that I couldn't finish my meal. I'm rarely in Tenby, but whenever I am next I will be dining here. overall 5.0 out of 5

Andrew Yearsley - Very good service. The food was somewhat lacking though. Soup was poorly seasoned and lacked depth of flavour. The King scallops very much undersized. The lemon sole and samphire mash was nice. The rack of lamb disappointing, served with bland spinach and an overly long held dauphinoise that should have been more creamy. The lamb was itself poorly seasoned and somewhat overcooked from the pink the waitress informed it would be served. Perhaps this may have been my fault for lingering on the soup. An after thought of split carrots and an adequate jus. Very nice surroundings and ambience, but the overall experience let down by food that really should have been excellent yet was lacking in any real finesse and questionable quality of some of the produce. overall 3.0 out of 5

Tony Flynn - We visited in the middle of summer, high season and busy, my experience might have been different in the off season. It's a big place and it would be a good choice for large parties. The service was good too, friendly and helpful. However, the food..... Very average. My Sole was hopelessly overcooked and the accompanying salad forgotten. When it eventually arrived it was limp and unappetising. My children's chips were good, but the steak was also over cooked. The local beer was very pleasant ....so good I had seconds. Friendly and enjoyable if you're expectations are modest, but the best pub food in Tenby?......I hope not. overall 3.0 out of 5

Lee Walters - Great food and service. Calamari was cooked perfectly. Very friendly and accommodating. We were seated for a late lunch without hurry and were also given a tour of the chimney. We hope to return to try the dinner menu. overall 5.0 out of 5
